Apex AutoSpa offers our customers the option to engage in SMS text conversations for appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional offers.

1. Program Description

By opting into Apex AutoSpa SMS Alerts, you can expect to receive automated and personalized text messages regarding your vehicle service appointments, reminders when your car is ready for pickup, and occasional special promotions or seasonal detailing discounts.

2. How to Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 629-278-5200. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. How to Get Help

4. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive recurring messages; message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and shop activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
